The woman behind the growth of the Hayes legacy 👏🏻
Born and raised in Paris, TX, Amber has been part of Hayes Clinic & Spa since 2018.

Her favorite part of Hayes? Easy—her people. From her team of supportive, hype-girl energy coworkers to the patients who have become lifelong friends, she’s built something truly special 💛

Her go-to service? Microneedling—because you can’t paint a house without fixing the foundation 😉

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her chasing her kids around ballfields or soaking up a rare, peaceful pool day. She’s a night owl, beach lover, and will choose salty over sweet most of the time 🌊

Favorite way to unwind? A good Kindle read before bed 📖
Fun facts: she owns TWO businesses, played softball until recently, and despite hating running… somehow got talked into HYROX 💀💪🏼

Her favorite thing about working at Hayes Clinic & Spa is the clients, the teamwork, and the lifelong relationships she’s built. She absolutely adores working for a completely woman-owned and led enterprise 👏🏻👏🏻 And let’s be honest—Amber collects strong, brilliant women like infinity stones ♥️

The treatment that makes her feel most confident? Tox in all the usual places and a juicy dose of RHA filler in her lips—especially with a keyhole pout 💋

Taylor is from Salado and has been a part of the Hayes Clinic & Spa family for 7 years. Her favorite part of what she does? The relationships she builds with each client who walks through our doors.

For Taylor, it’s never just skincare—it’s about listening, encouraging, celebrating progress, and helping you feel confident in your own skin. Watching her clients transform inside and out is what makes it all so rewarding. She’s grateful to be part of a clinic that truly cares about wellness from the inside out.

The treatments that make Taylor feel her most confident include tox, microneedling with BioRePeel, teeth whitening, and dermaplaning. Her favorite areas to tox? The 11s and forehead for that smooth, refreshed look.

On the weekends, you’ll find her reading on her Kindle or cheering on her son at the ballpark. She’s a night owl, loves both the beach and the mountains, and always chooses sweet. Relaxing time may be limited while chasing her 5-year-old—but she wouldn’t have it any other way 🤍

Let us introduce you to one of our injectors — Sydney! 💉✨

Sydney is from Pattonville, TX and has been part of the Hayes Clinic & Spa family for 4 years. Her favorite thing about working at Hayes is watching her patients transform—whether it’s through weight loss, hormone balance, or aesthetic treatments. Seeing that confidence grow never gets old. She also loves the close-knit bond our team shares… because here, we really are family 🤍

The treatments that make Sydney feel the most confident are tox, microneedling, and chemical peels. Her favorite area to treat? The masseters—because the relief from TMJ pain can truly be life-changing.

When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her spending time with family, reading, cooking (or baking something sweet 🍫), and traveling. She’s a morning person, loves both the mountains and the beach, and definitely has a sweet tooth—give her a Hershey’s bar… just don’t tell her trainer 😉

We are a medically supervised weight loss clinic with a full medi spa!

We are locally owned and operated.

Patricia Short FNP-BC and Amber Hines RN BSN took over the practice in September 2018 from Dr. Gaylen Hayes. Dr. Hayes started this practice 19 years ago.
