❄ I don't know about y'all, but these 30 degree temp mornings and me just don't mix🥶 During the winter months, colds, flu and other illnesses are a bit more common.😷 It’s important to take preventive actions to keep you and your family healthy. Add COVID to the mix, and prevention becomes even more critical. Here are some effortless tips to help keep illnesses away and stay healthy:
* Avoid close contact with people who are sick and stay away from others when you feel under the weather.
* If you are more prone to catching winter illnesses, make sure your vaccines are up to date.
* Wash your hands often using soap and warm water to protect against germs.
* Get plenty of sleep, stay physically active and drink plenty of water to keep your immune system strong.
* Manage your stress and eat a nutritious diet rich in healthy grains, fruits, vegetables and fiber.
* Don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands aren't clean.

We know that sometimes, even doing all that we can to avoid getting sick, unfortunately it can sneak up on us.. and that's where you can count on us to be here to get rid of the ick, and have you back to feeling great before no time!💯👍🏼

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS going out to our patient of the week after she hit the highest weight loss of 9.5 lbs in just one week on the Semaglutide 🤩🎉 This patient asked to stay anonymous, but definitely deserves the praise for her hard work and determination 🙌 She has tried tons of different weight loss products, followed different diet plans but the Semaglutide has been a real target hitter for this one!!
