Our assistance provides ability to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities. Our compassionate team includes various Doctors, Nurses, Home Health Aids, Medical Social Workers, and Therapist that can coordinate care based on the individual's specific needs. We focus on assessment, management, support education, and coordination of care. In order to achieve these goals, we firmly believe in working as a team with the Family, Health Care Providers, Pharmacy, and most importantly, the Patient.

Bailee Syrus, RN as the Director of Nursing for Silver Crest Hospice.

Bailee brings 17 years of nursing experience to our team, with a strong background in home health, hospice, and assisted living. Her extensive experience, compassionate approach to patient care, and dedication to families during life’s most difficult moments make her an incredible addition to our leadership team.

Born and raised in Paris, Texas, Bailee graduated from Paris Junior College and Kiamichi Tech. Her passion for hospice care is deeply personal. After witnessing the compassionate care hospice provided to her own grandfather and the support it brought to her family, she knew hospice was where her heart belonged.

Bailee’s knowledge, leadership, and heart for service align perfectly with the mission of Silver Crest Hospice — providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families.

At Golden Care Home Health and Silver Crest Hospice, we recognize that nutrition plays an important role in health, comfort, and quality of life at every stage of the journey. During National Nutrition Month, we encourage patients, families, and caregivers to focus on nourishing the body with balanced meals, hydration, and foods that bring both strength and comfort.

For those receiving care at home or hospice services, nutrition often looks different for each individual. Sometimes it’s about maintaining strength, sometimes it’s about managing symptoms, and sometimes it’s simply about enjoying favorite foods that bring joy and meaningful moments with loved ones.
