Paris Yoga

Paris Yoga Join us for a refreshing Hatha yoga class that is open to all levels. This is a basic Hatha yoga class, suitable for all levels.

If you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will get something out of this class. Keeping you safe in every pose is my priority. My classes blend elements from various yoga traditions. Poses are generally held for a few breaths. Cues are given for appropriate alignment and modifications are offered for most poses to tailor the challenge to your needs. Occasionally we will move through a series of poses connecting with the breath. We end each class with a generous savasana. My goal is never to overwhelm or exhaust you.
