🤝 Together, We Can Make a Difference—Starting Now 🤝

As the holidays draw near, Paris Yoga is reaching out to our community with open hearts and helping hands. Too many of our neighbors are struggling with food insecurity—and together, we can change that.

From now through December 31, we’re collecting non-perishable food donations right here at the studio to help local families in need. When you come for class—or even if you’re just driving by—please consider bringing a few extra pantry staples: canned goods, rice, soups, beans, pasta, or peanut butter.

Every item you give directly supports someone in our community. Every can makes a real difference. 💛

This season, let’s extend the practice of yoga beyond the mat—showing compassion, generosity, and love in action.

We are trying a different day and time for our Beginners Yoga classes! Try it out on Sundays at 4pm as the weather gets more comfortable, we will enjoy the fresh air and if the weather is rainy or cold, we will move it inside the house.
