💪 Client Spotlight: Dean Armbrust’s Incredible Transformation
At the beginning of January, we sat down with Dean to talk about his health and physique goals. Like many men, his goal was simple in theory—but very challenging in practice: lose body fat while building muscle at the same time.
Anyone who has spent time in the fitness industry knows how difficult that can be—especially for someone like Dean who has already been training consistently for years. But with the right tools, the right plan, and the right team, incredible progress is possible.
In just 2 months, Dean has been able to lose a substantial amount of body fat while maintaining the same body weight, meaning he’s adding lean muscle while dropping fat.
His progress has come from a comprehensive, science-based approach that included:

• A detailed, individualized nutrition program
• A structured and progressive fitness plan
Beyond body composition changes, Dean has also improved his VO₂ max, cardiovascular conditioning, sleep quality, and overall energy levels.
