We are proud to announce that Carlee Taylor has officially completed her Childcare Development Associate (CDA) through the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)!

This achievement required Carlee to complete:

120 hours of specialized training

480 hours of professional work experience

A comprehensive professional portfolio

A rigorous exam and an in-person verification visit

Balancing this with other responsibilities is no easy task. But through consistent effort, working through a study plan, and support from mentors and peers, Carlee made it happen!

This is a significant milestone — not only for Carlee personally, but also for The Red River Valley Down Syndrome Society and The REACH Center as we continue to grow and invest in quality care and education.
