Charles ''Chuck'' Anhalt, 81, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at his home with his loved ones by his side.

Chuck was born September 4, 1944, in Paris, Arkansas to his parents, John William Anhalt and Catherine Marie (Schulte) Anhalt. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during Vietnam and a member of the Cooties at the VFW Outpost #2256 in Benton. He worked many different jobs throughout his life, as a forklift operator for Alcoa Manufacturing in Washington, as a Supply Manager for Delta Manufacturing in Benton, Arkansas, a delivery driver for Hiner Oil Company in Little Rock and drove for Synder Trucking making deliveries. Chuck was a jack of all trades, he enjoyed working on and riding motorcycles and trail bikes. Whether it was welding, plumbing or electrical, he was always willing to help others out with whatever they needed done. He loved spending time with his family going camping, riding dirt bikes, sitting and watching old westerns or just relaxing while reading old books.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Georgie Anhalt and sisters, Mary Ann White and Terry McPhillips.

He is survived by his son, Ron Anhalt of Greenwood; a daughter, Michelle Breeze of Oregon; his brother's Thomas Anhalt and wife, Alice of New Blaine and Ed Anhalt of Sherwood; Sister's Lucy Helton and husband, James of Paris and Janey Mertin of Paris; brother-in-law, Pat McPhillips of New Blaine; two granddaughters, Monica Wernar and Katie Stephens; five great grandchildren; several other family members and friends.

A Memorial Graveside Mass will be held at St Scholastica Cemetery in New Blaine on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. officiated by Fr. Kevin Atunzu

Cremation arrangements and graveside memorial service are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Debra ''Debbie'' Louise Anhalt, 74, of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on July 2, 1951 in Paris to her parents, Ervin and Velma (Beason) Hall.

Debbie worked for over 12 years at First National Bank in Paris, managed the books for the Gray Rock Water Association and served as the Logan County Tax Collector for many years. Debbie loved to work in her flower garden and won yard of the month by the Town & Country Garden Club. She was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan, was a member of the First Baptist Church in Paris and loved her cats.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Velma (Beason) Hall.

She is survived by her two sons, Mason Anhalt and wife Karin of Paris and Drew Anhalt of Paris; her sister, Wanda Henson of Fort Smith and her nephew, Dirk Henson of Fort Smith.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m., on Wednesday February 18, 2026 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris. Burial of cremated remains will be held at later date at Oakwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Benjamin Nicholas Borengasser, 36, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 in Little Rock. He was born on February 22, 1989 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to his parents, Nicholas and Kim (Kremers) Borengasser.

Benjamin worked for the United State Postal Service in Little Rock and was a member of the St. Scholastica Catholic Church in Shoal Creek. He loved being outdoors, especially going fishing and loved his pets.

He is survived by his mother, Kim Borengasser of New Blaine; his father, Nicholas Borengasser of Fort Smith; his sister, Chelsea Everitt and husband Michael of Fort Smith and many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and friends.

A memorial rosary will be held at 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Jeanette T. Frederick, 88, of Subiaco, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in Paris.

Jeanette was born on January 3, 1938 in Subiaco, Arkansas to her parents, John Schluterman and Louise (Sprick) Schluterman. She worked many years as a cook at the Spanish American Restaurant and for the Subiaco Abbey. She was a member of Saint Benedict Catholic Church and Mothers Society and Catholic Financial. Jeanette was a dedicated homemaker who loved to sew and cook, especially with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her previously listed parents, her husband, Lawerance Frederick; her son, Carl Frederick; her daughters, Mary Cannon and Theresa Morrison; her brothers, Leonard, Hubert, Leo, Richard, Jacob and Jim Schluterman; her sisters, Mary Alice Knitting and Anna Schluterman; her grandson, Rodney Frederick and her sons in law, Ken Williams and Keith Morrison.

A rosary service will begin at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco. The family will visit with friends 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the rosary.

Lance Ewing Jarrard, 57, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026 in Little Rock. He was born on August 23, 1968 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to his parents, Frankie L. and Mary Francis (Ewing) Jarrard.

Lance owned and operated Jarco Equipment Company for several years. He was a past city councilman for Paris and served on the Paris Area Chamber of Commerce Board. He held his pilot's license and enjoyed to fly planes, play golf and he was a member of the First Christian Church in Paris.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frankie L. and Mary Francis (Ewing) Jarrard.

He is survived by his daughter, Mattie Jane Jarrard of Paris; two brothers, Lee Jarrard of Booneville and Les Jarrard and wife Brenda of Magazine; two nephews, Blake Jarrard and wife Hannah of Little Rock and Adam Jarrard and wife Abbey of Fort Smith.

Donnie M. Reed, 83, of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026 in Fayetteville surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 15, 1942 in Paris to his parents, Robert and Guy Ann (Carpenter) Reed.

Donnie was a 1961 graduate of Paris High School. He was a devoted husband who lived a life defined by love and hard work. He dearly loved his wife Sharon, and their marriage was a testament to commitment, faith and partnership. He dedicated many years of his life to the oil and gas industry, working for several oil field companies before retiring from XTO Energy. He travelled across the whole United States with his wife and three children in a single cab truck just to be together. Known for his strong work ethic and mechanical skill, Donnie was a gifted mechanic who could fix just about anything. He was a dedicated member of First Assembly of God Church in Paris. He faithfully served as a deacon and Sunday School Superintendant and was a member of the church choir. Outside of work and church he loved being in the outdoors, whether it be fly fishing for crappie and bream, spending time at the family farm and countless trips to Branson where they loved to shop and eat.

In addition to loving and taking care of our precious momma, family was the most important part of his life. Many hours spent gathered around the table. He was always ready and willing to help us kids navigate life with sound advice and loving reassurance. We were ''The Reed Bunch'' and proud of it! We kids were raised in church all of our lives, our parents were a prime example of a Christ centered home. Momma and Daddy would both encourage us to follow Jesus, ''He is the Way, the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me.'' John 14:6. He was the strongest man we knew, our Daddy, and he was our hero.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his high school sweetheart of 65 years, Sharon Kay (Whitson) Reed.

He is survived by his children, Tammy Tanner and husband Jeff of Pottsville, Donnie Reed and wife Amy of Bigelow, Kristi Davison and husband Daren of Bella Vista, and Rhonda Wilcox and husband Bill of Charleston; his sister, Darlene Plymale of Van Buren; his brother, Jeff Reed of Lavaca; six grandchildren, Dara Bollenbacher and husband Bryan, Nathan Cathcart and wife Emily, Hope Carter and husband Caleb, Austen Cathcart and wife Sydney, Bradon Street, and Faith Young and husband William and nine great-grandchildren, Luke and Zachary Bollenbacher, Collins and Corbin Cathcart, Reed and Rosie Kate Carter, Cain and Cash Cathcart and Bennett Young; his brother in law, Jim Whitson and wife Patti and a very special nephew, Gary Don Reed.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Bro. Larry Hutchison. Private family burial will follow in Baxley Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Mickey Blake Butler, 48, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Brownwood Life Care Center in Fort Smith. He was born on June 24, 1977 in Russellville, Arkansas to his parents, Mickey and Beth (Hardwicke) Butler.

Blake was dedicated into First Christian Church in Paris when he was two weeks old. He was always the happiest when he was at his home at Brownwood Life Care Center where he enjoyed going to the cafeteria, going outside to enjoy the outdoors, visiting with his friends, and caregivers who were more like family. He also loved when his nieces came to visit him.

Blake is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mort and Betty Hardwicke and Vernon and Lucille Butler; his uncle, John Hardwicke and his aunts, Joann Butler and Barbara (Butler) Haney.

Blake is survived by his parents, Mickey and Beth (Hardwicke) Butler of New Blaine; his sister, Andrea (Butler) Robertson and husband Kendal of Paris; his nieces, AnnaBeth Kate Baumgartner and husband Randon of Paris and KenLeigh Blake Needham and husband Ethan of Paris; his great nieces, Lainey Kate Baumgartner and BlakeLeigh Lynn Needham; his great nephew, Breckon River Baumgartner; his aunts and uncles, Carlene (Butler) and Don Balch, Bob and Becky Hardwicke, Bryan and Sandra Hardwicke, Jane Ann and Randy Koch; his great aunt, Betty Hardwicke; numerous cousins and the beloved staff and caregivers of Brownwood Life Care Center.

Linny was born February 11, 1950, in C**t, Arkansas to his parents, John Oliver Campbell and Gladys Vivian (Hendricks) Campbell. He worked for S&W Lumber and Travis Lumber Woodmill in Mansfield. In his spare time, he enjoyed going hunting, fishing, doing woodworking and cooking.

He is preceded in death by his parents mentioned above and his sister, Ella Mae Miller.

Leon Weldy, 92, of Clarksville, Arkansas passed away Monday, January 26, 2026 in Clarksville. Leon was born, May 6, 1933 in Modesto, California to his parents, Jennings Weldy and Avis Eldora (Thrope) Weldy.. He was a veteran of the United States Marines serving during the Korean war and worked for the National Parks Service at Yosemite National Park. He was a member of the Moose and Elk lodge in California and enjoyed traveling up and down the west coast camping and going fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife of sixty-four plus years, Laura (Abel) Weldy; a daughter, Jackie Zlokovich; a son, Russell Weldy; two sisters and one brother.

He is survived by his two sons, Vince Weldy and wife, Sue of Kelsyville, California and Earl Weldy of Clarksville, Arkansas; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

There are no service arrangements planned at this time. The family will have a private service later in California.

Dorothy Nell Rhinehart, 95, of Benton, Arkansas formally of Paris, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at her home in Benton surrounded by her loved ones leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and family devotion that will be cherished for generations. Dorothy was born on October 7, 1930, in Magazine, Arkansas to her parents, Bethel Jordan and Mable ''Mae'' (Ellington) Jordan. She worked for Cooper Clinic in Fort Smith as a medical records supervisor and for Farm Bureau Insurance in Paris as a secretary. She collected crystal butter dishes and fine China sets; working in her flower garden where she grew peonies, daylilies and purple irises. Her favorite color was red, and she enjoyed watching the cardinals fly around her yard.

Dorothy was the true matriarch of her family. Nothing brought her greater joy than caring for those she loved, and her family was always her highest priority. Her home was a gathering place where large, lovingly prepared dinners brought everyone together around the table, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A gifted and tireless seamstress, Dorothy was rarely without a project in hand. She lovingly sewed for her grandchildren at every stage of their lives. Pageant dresses, Halloween costumes, special outfits, and countless alterations, each stitch a reflection of her care and attention, her creations were more than clothing; they were expressions of her love. Dorothy also had a special place in her heart for her beloved cat, Daisy, who was a constant companion and a source of comfort and joy. Their bond was a sweet reflection of Dorothy's gentle and nurturing spirit. Her faith was an important part of her life. She greatly enjoyed attending First Baptist Church Paris and was especially fond of her Sunday school class, where she found fellowship, encouragement, and joy. The family would like to thank them for their steadfast love and weekly cards that she treasured so very much. Dorothy was a past member of Eastern Star Council Oaks Chapter #589, where she was selected as Worthy Matron several terms. Above all else, Dorothy will be remembered for her kind heart, quiet strength, and the unwavering love she gave so freely. Though she will be deeply missed, her life was one beautifully lived, and her love will continue to be felt in every family gathering, every shared meal, and every cherished memory.

She is preceded in death by her previously mentioned parents, her husband of over fifty years, Kenneth Rhinehart; a daughter, Linda Core; two brothers, Thurman and Donald Jordan; three sisters, Mable Serpa, Anita McGrath and Arweila Davidson.

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Bunting and fiancé, Stephen Cheatwood of Maumelle; her grandchildren, Leslie Benge and husband, Chris of Paris, Sandy Maddox and husband, Austin of Paris, Lindsey Tull and husband, Kurt of Benton, and Nic Allen of Post Falls, Idaho; Great Grandchildren, Laine Harris of Benton, Alley Robertson and Caleb Easterling of Benton, Christian Robertson of Benton, Emily Reese and husband, Tyler of Fort Smith, Kaiden Benge and wife, Brooke of Fort Smith, Blaine Maddox of Paris and Liam Maddox of Paris; Great-Great Grandchildren, Graham Allen Reese and Charlotte Kay Reese; son-in-law, Mike Core of Paris; her extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m., on Monday, February 9, 2026 at Roller Funeral in Paris with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Harlin Brewton with burial at Ellington cemetery in Magazine after the funeral service.

Bobby Lewis Cravens, 77, was born to Myrtle Dale Lewis Cravens and Robert William Cravens on January 12, 1949 at the Paris Hospital in Paris, Arkansas. He passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2026, in Paris.

Bobby attended Paris and Prairie View Elementary Schools and then Scranton High School where he graduated with the class of 1967. After graduating high school he attended Ozark Vocational Technical School in electronics and graduating on August 9, 1968. He entered the US Navy shortly after and served until November 1974. He graduated the US Naval Air Technical Training Command in Glynco, Georgia, as radar tech with training in equipment repair, communications and damage control. He served on the USS Saratoga Air Craft Carrier which traveled all over the world. This piqued his interest in the countries of the world. He would often talk about his travels while serving in the Navy.

Bobby returned home to live at his home place in Dublin, Arkansas where he became an expert electronics repair man for the community. He was also a long-time employee of Dr. Betty Ben Uzman and her daughter, Dr. Betty Tuba (Pym) Uzman, on the Gehring Farm near Dublin. He enjoyed and loved to talk about his work there.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Myrtle Lewis Cravens and Robert William Cravens

He is survived by cousins including, Clarence Wayne Gray and his wife Melba Harvell Gray, Susan Cravens Houser and husband Roy and Nenah Jean Cravens Fulmer, his employer, Dr. Pym Uzman and several 2nd cousins on both sides of his family as well as many good and caring friends and neighbors including the Ron and Sandy Kremer family, the Bennie Galla family, the Bob Koenigseder family and the Uptigrove family.

After burial at McKendree Cemetery there will be a Memorial Service to be determined at a later date.

Freeda was a loving homemaker who dedicated her life to caring for her family. She loved to cook and share recipes with her family and friends and go shopping.
