Started off the day lovely with sun salutations and partner Thai yoga poses. It is a fun way to bond with each other while getting a great stretch and massage. The physical postures are strengthening and building friendships is soul strengthening!Join us Monday and Friday morning for yoga at 8:30 am and Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm start off the day inspired :)

This morning at 8:30 yoga I realized its amazing how adding weights to yoga poses and reps can really strengthen and simultaneously create a great cardiovascular incline.see you tonight at 4:30&5:30 yoga and tumble class :)
