Angie Lleshi, PTA
Angie Lleshi (on the left) earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Amarillo College. She’s always had a love for fitness and a desire to help others, which led her to find her calling in physical therapy. Angie is one of the two main Aquatic Therapists here at Xzact Therapy and Aquatics, where she helps patients recover and build strength through personalized aquatic programs.

Outside of work, she loves watching football with her husband, getting creative with crafts, and adding to her growing collection of Snoopy items from Peanuts.

Matt Rouse, DPT
Matt Rouse earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Langston University. While serving in the U.S. Navy, he was injured while deployed in the Middle East and went through physical therapy as part of his recovery. That experience sparked his passion for the field and inspired him to help others regain their strength and mobility.

In his free time, Matt enjoys working with his cattle, spending time with his family, and watching his kids play sports such as travel ball and volleyball.

Rece Bankston graduated from Oklahoma City Community College with his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. His lifelong involvement in sports sparked his interest in physical therapy and inspired him to pursue a career helping athletes recover and perform at their best.

In his free time, Rece enjoys hunting, spending time with his wife, and attending football games.

Jennifer Jackson, PTA
Jennifer Jackson graduated from Houston Community College with her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Her interest in physical therapy began after a back injury she sustained while dancing, as well as watching a family member go through the rehab process. Those experiences inspired her to pursue a career helping others recover and regain their strength.

Jennifer is one of the main Aquatic Therapists here at Xzact Therapy and Aquatics. In her free time, she enjoys collecting Pokémon cards—buying, selling, and trading as a hobby.

Clif Paine, PTA
Clif Paine attended McLennan Community College in Waco, TX, where he earned his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. His interest in physical therapy began when his mother fell and injured her back. Watching her recovery process through rehab inspired him to pursue the field. At the time, Clif was working at a bank, but after spending time in a PT clinic and receiving guidance from others, he decided to follow his passion and attend PTA school.

In his free time, Clif enjoys being with his kids—whether it’s at football games, band events, or One Act Play performances.

Tyler Michael, PTA
Tyler Michael graduated from Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) with his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Before entering the physical therapy field, Tyler worked in nursing. During his battle with cancer, his brother, Zach Michael, encouraged him to pursue physical therapy — a decision that led to the creation of Xzact Therapy and Aquatics, where the two now work side by side.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his kids and loves doing anything and everything with them.

Zach Michael, DPT
Zach graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX. His journey into Physical Therapy began back in 7th grade, after experiencing an injury during football season. That experience sparked his passion for helping others recover and stay active — a passion that’s never wavered since!

In his free time, Zach enjoys going to church and watching his girls play softball. 🙌🏽💪
