Motion UT is a physical therapy and high-performance clinic built on the idea that patients should have access to high-level collaborative care in the Wasatch Back community. Our high performance space in our Park City clinic is coming along and we’re so excited about it!

Designed with turf and dynamic equipment, this space allows us to work on power, agility, return-to-sport progressions, and functional training in a way that prepares you for real life and sport. It’s also where we complete our mountain and road bike fittings!

Physical therapy is primary care. So why isn’t it treated that way?

We’re spreading the word to support legislation that would lower co-pay costs for physical therapy by including it under the primary care co-pay.

Patients shouldn’t be penalized for choosing conservative care first. This change aligns policy with existing law, improves patient access, reduces long-term healthcare costs, and supports better outcomes.

Now we need your help.

At Motion, our residency program goes beyond traditional training. This 12-month experience is designed for clinicians ready to deepen their skills through hands-on mentorship, advanced clinical reasoning, and leadership development. With preparation for OCS or SCS and real-world application across our clinics, residents gain the confidence to deliver exceptional patient care and grow into future leaders.

“Finally ready to share on this 💜🧠

I never knew how I was going to share in this story, but I knew I needed to. Mostly because I wish I had seen something like this before my accident, of what it looks like to heal from a concussion. I had no idea how isolating and exhausting it was to have one. So many sessions and hours at , us as a team working on fixing my inner ear, and helping me survive the frustration of the memory loss and brain fog. And waiting for the deafening ringing to stop. It really felt like watching paint dry.

But thankfully, it did.

Every day was brightened by texts + calls + gifts from friends who not only believed what happened to me was serious but who were invested in me properly recovering from what happened. More on that in Part 2 🖤

Overall I’m stupidly grateful for my health and that I’m on the other side of this. Healing isn’t linear but my squiggly line is moving forward.

I can’t wait for the snow on my trails to melt so I can ride my bike again 🖤”

2025 was a big year for us!
We launched Motion Gives Back with one goal in mind: to support the community that supports us.

In a grand total of $5,000+ of donated time and money we were able to provide medical coverage at local sporting events, offer care for those facing financial barriers, and donate to charities and organizations making a real difference in their communities, this initiative reflects what matters most to us.

We’re so proud of the impact made this year and can’t wait to see where Motion Gives Back goes in 2026.
