Ok. Here’s to one more love letter.

⭐️There once was a woman in flow,
Whose kindness is always on show.
I’ve worn it with pride,
Now I step to the side,
It’s your turn to help Lulu glow⭐️

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Kelley is the real thing. Deeply devoted, wildly capable, steady, kind, and absolutely magnetic as a teacher and a human.

Getting to ask her to step into the role of ambassador was such a beautiful moment. A passing of the torch, with so much love and pride.

Our community is better because she’s in it. PCYC is better because she’s in it.

My life is better because she’s in it.

So grateful to witness her rise, and honored to stand beside her as she does. Congratulations to , Park City’s newest Lululemon ambassador!!!

I’ve received a few handwritten notes lately that were left quietly in the studio. One said that when we see them, we not only meet them with joy, but see and can hold their grief, and that experience moves them to tears. Another said that as a mom of teens, sometimes the gentleness they receive at PCYC is the only kindness they receive all day. Yet another said that our space has deeply impacted the trajectory of their life, their career.

I want you to know this isn’t lost on me.

PCYC exists because this work is a calling; because we couldn’t NOT do it. Showing up, holding space, and meeting people where they are is what we are here to offer. I feel both profoundly fulfilled by this work and continually expanded by it, with unboundingly more capacity to offer that care back to the people who walk through these doors.

On our best days, we’re here.
On our worst days, we’re still here.

However you’re moving through this season, I want you to know that every moment of care, connection, and tenderness you experience here is only a droplet in the ocean of what I receive in return, day after day.

Wishing you the gentlest holidays, with so much gratitude and love. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

🧘💫Calling all future yoga teachers, seekers, community lovers, movement nerds, and curious souls. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training starts August 15, and you’re invited!

This isn’t just a certification, it’s a full-on transformation. You’ll spend three months moving, laughing, studying, crying, meditating, workshopping, and building deep connections with a group of like-hearted humans who become your chosen fam.
