I knew I was meant to be in that room.
So I entered… and won.

For the past few months, I’ve been listening to — his music, his message, the energy behind it.

Then I found the Podcast and
And something clicked even deeper.

I’ve been in a season of expansion—
helping others push past limits, elevate their energy, and step into their potential…

…but I knew I had another level to unlock myself.

When I saw the giveaway for the Owakened Breathwork Experience,
there was no hesitation.

I entered with full belief: I’m going.

And I did.

What happened in that room wasn’t just breathwork.

It was release.
It was clarity.
It was stepping beyond the version of myself I’ve been holding onto.

We talk about performance.
We talk about longevity.
We talk about potential.

But the truth is:

You don’t access your next level by doing more.
You access it by removing what’s in the way.

This is the work.

Shredding limits.
Expanding capacity.
Aligning your energy with the life you say you want.

Not just physically—
but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

What are you ready to release right now?

👇 Tell me in one word.

I don’t train just to be strong.

I train so I can keep doing things that I love to do.

Strength is freedom.

Train for the life you want to live.

This meal isn’t about “clean eating.” It’s about fueling for longevity.

A conversation last week about strength over small stayed with me.

There was a time I believed lighter meant better.

Leaner meant faster.
Smaller meant disciplined.

I trained hard.
I ate “clean.”
I looked fit.

And I felt fine.

I was young.
My body was resilient.

But resilience can hide stress.

When women under-fuel, the body adapts.

Hormones shift.
Recovery changes.

You don’t always feel it right away.

High performance isn’t about being small.

It’s about staying powerful — for decades.

Longevity begins with nourishment, not restriction.

Are you fueling for your future self?

This morning I chose to slow down.

To sit.
To breathe.
To actually taste my food.

Nourishment isn’t just about macros.
It’s about presence.

Before the world asks for my energy,
I direct it.

Super simple breakfast: old fashioned oats, peach, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, ginger, and protein powder.

I don’t believe you need more discipline.
You need better direction for your energy.

My work isn’t about pushing harder or doing more.
It’s about removing what doesn’t serve you.

Most people aren’t failing because they lack motivation.
They’re exhausted because their energy is scattered — spent on noise, pressure, and “doing it all.”

Here’s what I believe:

• Doing more is rarely the problem. Knowing what deserves your energy is.
• Recovery is not a reward — it’s an essential part of performance.
• Your habits should expand your life — not consume it.

Just like interval training, life works best when effort is applied deliberately —
and recovery is intentional, not something you earn after burnout.

I help you move from constant doing to intentional living.
Focused work. Strategic recovery.

Simple, sustainable habits around movement, nourishment, breath, and sleep —
so you have the capacity to actually enjoy your life.

If you’re ready to stop proving and start directing your energy,
you’re in the right place.

My Christmas to the New Year was filled with service:
private dinners, private classes, coaching sessions, families moving, eating, and laughing together.

That was just one chapter.

The year itself was about building.
Creating original courses.
Designing science-backed programs.
Coaching people through real life; stress, ambition, aging, recovery.

Most people see the sessions.
They don’t always see the research, the refinement — the intention behind it all.

And all of it exists for one reason:

To help people take such good care of themselves that they can keep showing up—
for their families, their passions, their bodies, their lives.

Longevity isn’t built in a lab alone.
It’s built in moments like this:

❄️ Mindset — noticing beauty, even in the chaos
🏔 Movement — sliding, walking, playing, laughing in the snow
🥗 Nutrition — meals shared, not rushed
😴 Rest — honoring seasons of effort and recovery
🤍 Connection — people, place, purpose

Every snowflake is different.
Every body is different.
Longevity is personal—and it’s meant to feel joyful.

Grateful for the work.
Grateful for the people.
Grateful for the snow.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… and also one of the most overwhelming.

Yesterday, I subbed a yoga class.
I arrived later than planned.
Forgot my mic.
Nearly 30 people already there.
And despite all my meditating, my nervous system panicked.

So I did the only thing I could.

Hands on my heart.
Arms wrapped around myself.
And we breathed.

We settled in.
We got out of our heads and into our bodies.
We connected breath with movement.
And together, we moved through a beautiful flow.

On the darkest day of the year, we remembered:
Darkness isn’t empty — it’s restorative.
The light always returns.
And it lives within us, even on messy days.

✨ Shine your light so brightly that you inspire others to shine too. ✨

Wishing you and yours blessed holy days filled with light and yum!

I left city traffic and followed a winding byway with towering green trees, moss everywhere, and a river running alongside the road.

No agenda. Just curiosity.

The road spilled me into a tiny town… and then the coast.

Wild weather all week — flood warnings, heavy skies — and on my travel day?

Pure magic.

I saw cars pulled over and knew immediately:
Get to the water. Now.

The air.
The rolling waves.
The temperature.

The kind of beauty that makes you stop, breathe, and say wow out loud.

Moments like this are why I care so deeply about energy, health, and quality of life.

Not to live longer just to be busy — but to be able to say yes when life offers you something spectacular.

So grateful for this little slice of heaven. 🙏💙

When was the last time you followed curiosity instead of a schedule?

I treat instructor trainings like a special event… like a comp.

So I prepare. I rest.

I nourish my body with food that gives me energy, clarity, and strength — edpi when traveling around the country.

It’s about respecting my body and giving it what it needs to perform, teach, think, connect, and inspire.

Longevity isn’t built in extremes.
It’s built in daily choices — packing the food, choosing nourishment, planning ahead — again and again.

If you’re in a season of life where energy matters more than ever…

where you want to feel strong, capable, and confident wherever you land —

this is your reminder:

You are worth preparing for.

💙

What’s one small choice you’ve made lately to take care of your future self?

12/09/2025

I haven’t posted in a while… but something beautiful has been sinking in:

Play is medicine.Laughter is longevity. 💙

Working with my clients keeps reminding me how powerful the little things are — wobbling, balancing, moving without judgment. When we stop trying to get it “right,” we finally start having fun again.

Youth lives in the moments we laugh, fall, get back up… and laugh even harder. 😂

We don’t stop playing because we grow old.We grow old because we stop playing.

When was the last time you laughed so hard you couldn’t breathe? 😂 Tell me below.

Driving home from the Harbor Hoot, I cried. My paddleboard season is over.

Months of training and rebuilding strength, listening to my coach, and feeling progress — and then, time to let go.

But as the rain cleared, the sky exploded into red and gold over the mountains.
A reminder that beauty often comes through the challenge, not in spite of it.

Now I’m shifting from water to snow, from paddling to skiing.
Each season asks something new of us; a different rhythm, a new mindset, another way to grow.

What season of life are you moving into right now?

10/26/2025

First time in years that I showed up to train and didn’t paddle because of the weather. Too bad it was too cold cuz it’d be fun to play in the waves.

The Power To Shred Story

Do your best! Growing up my parents and coaches drilled this idea into my head. It didn’t matter if it was academics or athletics, just do your best. Audrey grew up as a competitive athlete. She swam from age 6 through college, then got into road cycling. Focused on reaching her highest potential, she got her PhD in exercise sport science. Theory came to life in the lab, exploring ways to improve performance. She learned that her nutrition was the missing link to best performance.

Audrey got her Master’s degree in nutrition and eagerly applied her expertise as performance coach for Greenville Cycling, Team Roger C Peace, and Paralyzed Veterans of America Race Team. She organized team camps that included training, recovery, stretching, nutrition, and education sessions to teach these athletes how to truly perform their best.

Since moving to Park City, Audrey fell in love with skiing. It was a huge surprise to find out that few professional skiers and snowboarder pay attention to their nutrition. Thus Power To Shred came to life. Imagine skiing 150 days each season with tons of energy, recovering fast, and preventing injury - all with real food. Apply these practical techniques your other sports and in your life to perform your best.

Audrey’s passion is to inspire people to take better care of themselves body, mind, and spirit. The Power To Shred motto is: eat real food – mostly plants, balance your training – emphasizing recovery, get outside, and be your best.
