In honor of Customer Appreciation Month, A Clean Plate Grocers in Menahga is offering free-will-donation Hatha yoga asana classes in October on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30PM. Customers must sign up at the store the week of class. We practice in the studio space above A Clean Plate, BYOM (bring your own mat)!
