Happily engaged and deeply passionate about serving families in our community, each brings a unique path into chiropractic care.

🧠 Dr. Rob discovered his passion while working as a chiropractic assistant, where he experienced firsthand the impact of neurologically based care.

🏃‍♀️ Dr. Kathryn developed her love for health early on, earning her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Elon University, then pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL—where she met Rob.

Together, they share a heart for caring for families and children and are excited to bring their passion for neurologically based chiropractic care to the Silver Lining Chiropractic family.

🤍 A powerful pregnancy story we had to share…

“Going into this pregnancy, I was really concerned about having another breech baby since my second was breech. Early on, this baby was also breech, and I was dealing with significant back and hip pain that made the late second trimester uncomfortable and stressful.

From the beginning, I knew chiropractic care needed to be part of my pregnancy journey. While I knew other options like pelvic floor physical therapy or traditional PT could support me, I also knew they don’t necessarily address breech positioning in the same way. That’s when I felt confident turning to neurologically based chiropractic care.

The moment I truly realized chiropractic was working was when we received confirmation that my baby had flipped to head down. Dr. Kate and I had suspected the change, but hearing that confirmation brought an overwhelming sense of relief. It allowed me to shift my focus from constant worry to actually preparing for birth.

Now, as I get closer to delivery, life feels calmer and more aligned. Instead of spending my entire third trimester stressed and trying to ‘fix’ my body like I did in my last pregnancy, I’m able to work with my body. I have space to prepare both physically and mentally, and this pregnancy has been a much more peaceful experience overall.”
