So… we’re moving 🤍

After 3 beautiful years, Luvvli is stepping into a new season.

New location. New partnership.
Same heart. Same classes. Even more love.

As we expand, we’ll be adding more classes and welcoming new instructors to thoughtfully hold space for you.
We’ve learned that when you listen to your inner guidance and trust what’s placed on your heart, everything unfolds in divine order.

2025 is a Year 9 a year of completion, release, and deep inner truth.

It’s also the Year of the Snake, reminding us to shed what no longer fits so we can grow into who we’re becoming.

If things felt hard this year…
If relationships, routines, or dreams quietly fell away…
It wasn’t failure it was alignment.

This is why mindfulness matters so deeply right now. Restorative practices, breathwork, and classes that invite you to pause aren’t a luxury they’re essential.
The Snake’s energy asks us to slow down, listen inward, and restore before we rise.

This energy stays with us until February, when we enter the Year of the Horse a season of momentum, movement, and forward motion.
But first comes stillness.
First comes rest.
First comes release.

Trust what’s leaving. Trust what’s coming.

Every breath you slowed down…
Every step you took to move your body…
Every page you filled with truth…
Every affirmation you whispered into your day… they all added up.

And especially during the holidays, when life gets busy and it’s easy to skip workouts or recovery classes, remember this:
even 20 minutes a day can change how you feel in your body, your mind, and your heart.

This is the quiet work that protects your mind, strengthens your body, and brings you back home to yourself.
