Feeling tired and unmotivated.🤍
Here are a few things you can add to your day.
Start your morning with gratitude. Write down what you’re thankful for even the small things. It shifts everything.
Take 15 minutes to breathe.
Slow, intentional breathwork to calm your mind and reset your body.
Move your body at home.
Shake, stretch, flow get your lymphatic system moving and energy circulating.
Pause for a somatic moment.
Place one hand on your heart, one on your stomach… inhale deeply, exhale slowly. Let yourself soften and come back to you.
At night, unwind with restorative movement. Legs up the wall for 15 minutes. Close your eyes. Breathe. Release the day.
Most importantly believe in yourself. Give yourself grace.
Reconnect with who you are.
You don’t need to do everything at once. Just start somewhere. 🤍
