When talking about the human frame there is no more essential part than the spine. It is literally the center and core of what and who we are!

Everything that goes from your brain to your body must pass through your spine. It has been called the conduit of life!

If there are joints that aren’t moving correctly (subluxations) it can chase other problems to develop such as digestion, head aches, sleep issues,etc.

Just this past Monday I got adjusted which is usually a regular occurrence for me. Sometimes life gets demanding and we slip on doing the things that fill our cup.

I slowly found myself reaching for the not-so-good habits that at times got us through the tough times. The world started to feel overwhelming and darker. I noticed the things that light me up didn’t seem to cheer me up.

That’s the irony! I literally have a conversation daily with people about how stress diminishes their ability to thrive in the world. There is a way to release LOADS of stress in a moment.

So I received my chiropractic adjustment. In a moment I felt lighter, happier, more emotional! My bandwidth for my life just expanded. It felt like the clouds parted and everything will workout.
