One of Maggie’s earlier transformations. Still a perfect example of her natural, balanced approach.

Hyaluronic acid filler was used to soften under-eye shadows, support the cheeks, and enhance the lips. Dysport was placed to relax key areas, including the masseters for a softer jawline.

What to know:
• Filler typically lasts around 9–12 months (under-eyes often longer)
• Dysport lasts about 3–4 months
• Treatment time: about 45 minutes

What lips look like one year after filler… and what a small refresh can do.

This is how lip filler usually evolves over time. The product slowly softens, and sometimes all it takes is a small touch-up to bring everything back into balance.

The video is right after treatment, so there is still some swelling. The final result will soften over the next several days. 👑

Absolutely obsessed with my results from Reign Med Spa and Maggie Romano.
