Each year a commercial booth is chosen as the Commercial Booth of the Year. The winner receives 10 feet of both space for the following Walsh County Fair! Walsh County EMS is the 2025 Commercial Booth of the Year, congratulations!

🚧 Emergency Room Parking Update 🚧

Part of the Emergency Room parking lot at Altru Hospital is temporarily closed for construction, but we’ve added a new parking lot directly across from the ED in the green-shaded area shown on the map.

✅ The ring road is still open for quick and easy patient drop-off.

🚗 Stay tuned to our social media for updates on our parking.
