Yoga therapy uses an embodied, somatic approach to mental and physical wellness. Some of the potential tools that we will use during our time together draw on Ayurvedic Medicine, Yogic Philisophy, and Social Emotional Strategies. Sessions can include a physical practice, breathwork, and meditation, and may also incorporate mantras, mudras, chakra work, sound and vibrational therapy, ritual and ceremony, and other mindfulness based practices, depending on your specific preferences. https://soulfireholistics.org
