Has another PT just given you a couple of simple exercises for Low Back Pain?
At ProCare, you get 1 full hour with a PT, no PTAs or aides. We are manual therapy and exercise specialists who provide the best evidence treatments for your specific condition.

πŸ’‘ Multimodal strategies that combine manual therapy with exercise and patient education appear to be the most effective in managing LBP and preventing recurrence.

Kids are better off playing multiple sports.
This study is tennis specific but adds to other findings that early specialization in one sport (before age 12) does not help later performance. It actually increases injury risk and burnout.
So let kids have fun and play lots of things! :)

Early sport specialization is linked to higher injury risk, burnout, and shorter athletic careers without clear benefits in peak performance or elite success.
