Happy World Mental Health Day! Here are a few myths vs facts from our CPC therapists - although the stigma around mental health and therapy is constantly decreasing and people are becoming more comfortable with this conversation, there's still so much further to go! To help us celebrate this day, do some self-care, book a therapy session, get outside, eat good food, and comment below what other myths you hear that need to be debunked!
