While running, I like to visualize an animal. The polar bear came to my mind today. The polar bear’s claws helps it to dig in for speed and stability in a slippery and harsh environment. The thought came to me that God gives us the tools for strength, endurance and stability to reach wherever we want to go in life. You are supported and loved. Know your strength 💪.
