For those living with diabetes, foot health is very important. High blood sugar can damage nerves and reduce circulation, making it harder to feel injuries and slower for wounds to heal. Checking your feet daily and wearing proper footwear can help prevent serious problems.

Staying active also helps improve circulation and overall health. Simple movement like walking, light exercise, and strengthening the feet and legs can help keep us steady, strong, and moving.

As a community, let’s support each other in taking small steps toward better health this spring.
