My story began many years ago during my teenage years. I developed OCD and struggled for 10 years living in one room while I struggled to break free. After the Lord set me free, I met and married the love of my life and then we had a beautiful son who was diagnosed with Sensory Integration and we struggled to get him to eat. He was diagnosed as failure to thrive and then my journey began as his advocate. Knowing there was more to it than Sensory Integration, I continued searching for answers and then he was diagnosed with ADHD and borderline ODD. Through it all, I knew there were answers. I became interested in nutrition and the effects of food on the brain and through it all, I learned many things. I want to share with others and give back as I didn't have anyone who could provide me answers. I'm here for support and knowledge and for you to learn from my experience and my expertise. Come join us and experience a community.
