Ft. ~ $165 $185 $220 6,000 to 7,000 Sq. Ft ~ $185 $205 $245 7,000 to 8,000 Sq. Ft ~ $205 $220 $270 Deep Cleans are Twice the monthly price. Minimum 2 hour cleans are $65. New Construction and Re-models are .20 a sq ft
