We are happy to announce that our "No Shave November" was a great success. We are pleased to announce that through generous donations from: employees, patients, friends, Ted and Advanced Care physical therapy we raised $2,500.
Thank you all for participating in this wonderful endeavor and we look forward to next year.

Pediatric Physical Therapy Program
- Advanced Care Physical Therapy -
Advanced Care Physical Therapy is proud to offer a dedicated
Pediatric Physical Therapy Program designed to support children from infancy through adolescence. Our pediatric specialists help children improve movement, build confidence, and reach age-appropriate developmental milestones.
What Is Pediatric Physical Therapy?
Pediatric Physical Therapy focuses on treating conditions that affect a child’s strength, balance, coordination, motor development, and ability to participate in everyday activities. We provide comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Conditions We Treat
• Motor milestone delays (rolling, crawling, sitting, walking)
• Balance and coordination challenges
• Toe-walking and gait abnormalities
• Torticollis and plagiocephaly
• Sports-related injuries
• Neurologic, genetic, and developmental conditions
• Posture, strength, and flexibility impairments

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. A great time of the year to be thankful for all of our blessings and spend time with family.
Let's continue to spread good cheer. We are still collecting unwrapped gifts in conjunction with the Karen Bierly Youth Foundation Holiday Toy Drive. We are also going to continue to collect donations for Ted's No Shave November, To support the Helping Up Mission, and both of these through December 12.

Vanessa Stamas, PT, DPT earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Florida, where she served as Clinical Director of the university’s pro-bono physical therapy clinic and co-authored research focused on children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Vanessa has experience treating patients in orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, sports, and pediatric physical therapy settings. She is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care to help each patient achieve their goals and restore function with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Vanessa enjoys traveling, spending time with her family & friends, and being involved in her community!

Join Ted's No Shave November Fundraiser in support of the Helping Up Mission! Last year, from your generosity, we were able to donate nearly $3,000 to this deserving, local organization. Again this year, Ted will personally match up to $500 and ACPT will match up to $500 of your donations. This year especially, Helping Up Mission needs our help more than ever!

The Helping Up Mission provides hope to people experiencing homelessness, poverty, or addiction by meeting their physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
