What is a Runner and Chaser dynamic?

They can feel our deepest emotions and fears along with the needs. Many times they are going through what is called the “Runner and Chaser Stage”.

This is a certain phase that both Twin flames and Soulmates can go through when they are resisting or fearing their own emotional insecurities and issues.

Soulmates too can also experience the runner and chaser stage as well as twin flames. Many think it’s only twin flames.

The runner can run for sometime, while the chaser will wait for the runner to come back. It’s not necessarily that they are chasing them, many don’t like to hear that word that they are chasing. But it’s true, it's actually the one that is more aware and awake where the other is not awakened yet.

Most of the time, the runner does not even know why they are running but they’re actually running from something inside themselves. Where the chaser will not understand, if this love is so BEAUTIFUL why are they running?

There’s many reasons why they run and the list can go on. But the main reason is because they are experiencing previous fear issues with emotions, abandonment, hurt in love, old wounds and relationships that ended badly.

WHY ARE there so many reasons why they run? The healing happens with both runner and chaser.
This can lead to the chaser trying to get the runner to see the truth and come back to them.

Trying to nudge them to communicate and get their attention (on social media – Facebook, instagram, snapchat and etc.), can actually do the opposite effect and make them run further and faster.

The Runner and Chaser both need to be ready for divine union.

They both are actually in a healing stage where they need to work on themselves, simultaneously, to perfect their soul centered to be able to come together into the divine union.

The runner needs to awaken when they are ready. They will be ready to come back to their other half.

What if a twin flame runner is in a bad relationship with someone else?

As we all have free will and choices, both runners and chasers can be dating and even married to other people.

As painful as it may be, this is part of their soul journey and what they need to do in order to work on themselves.

Valentine's day is here and as some celebrate, there are some who dread the hearts and commercial side of it all, yes it is over done but this is a time to embrace and apply it to your life.The pre-shadow (retroshade) begins February 11, and now is Valentine’s Day.

Seeing Soulmate hearts in all the stores and malls, hearing friends, family and colleagues speak about Valentine’s Day plans and then asking you what are yours?

This triggers all kinds of energy. For many, it feels like Valentine's day February 14 is like prom night for adults, and you have no date, or your date isn’t who you want them to be. It brings disappointment for many, when Valentine's day is a day of love.

But not just in a love relationship, as I mentioned in my previous blogs and videos, you first have to learn to love yourself, even if you're single, married, separated or not with your Soulmate.

Tips for coping and getting through Valentines daySocial media has become a major part of our lives, most of us get info, look for news and check out our friends pics and profiles.

So start with taking a day off from Twitter, Facebook, pinterest, snap chat, and Instagram, or at least limit your time.You know, you are not alone in the world who looks through your Ex’s or Ex’s friends profiles, but only what is displayed publicly, the true life situations will not be displayed. Something creative and nice for the people around you.Valentine’s Day isn’t just for couples, it’s excellent for friends, kids, siblings, parents, and also your pets! And you don’t have to spend a lot of money on people you love, but just get creative with it and have funYour status for Valentine’s Day doesn’t mean anything.

If you beat yourself up for not having the relationship or in the situation you want, this is not anything to do with self love and you're only hurting yourself even more.

You need to love you and it can be like any day of the year.A day you love yourself openly and unconditionally, willing to be open to the future and focusing on you, not on the true love with your soulmate or twinflame that you hope to find, but on the love of yourself.Buy yourself something special.

A road trip is the best way to see a variety of areas in your city.Go to a wine tasting event, this is a great way to celebrate on Valentine’s Day without spending a fortune. You can order appetizers or other food with your wine tasting. Make it a night getting out and you can get to know other people. I know most Whole Foods stores have it every Friday.

Decorating your home in Red and hearts.We decorate for Easter, Halloween and Christmas, why not on Valentine’s Day. You can get inexpensive decorations like heart balloons, roses, and red table mats at the target.Above everything, Love Yourself!

Make it a weekend event starting with a spa day, taking a hot bath with lavender and rose petals. Give yourself a facial, pedicure and manicure. Plan to have a delicious dessert, watch that new Jessica Parker Movie – All Roads lead to Rome movie and have a big tub of popcorn (that’s where I will be).

How do you know if you share a soulmate connection with someone?We have many people in our lives, but not all share a soulmate connection with us.
You can definitely tell the difference when you are connected to someone through the soul contract or an share an actual Soulmate - Twin flame connection.When you are connected through a soul contract, it never usually turns out the way you planned. Sometimes getting you to where you need to go in life and then cutting off completely. These do not usually turn romantic or long-term. There is no deep spiritual or emotional attachment. These are usually relationships that you had complete closure from.The chemistry with Soulmates will be extremely strong and you both will feel this high level of emotional element connected.
The same is felt with the twin flame(Twin flames are a type of SoulmateHere's a list of several signs that can help you define, if you share a Soulmate connection with someone.

Phones and tablets can create an interference with your energy frequency when meditating and raising your vibrations.Eat smartWhatever you put in your body, will always show on the outside. Not to mention how it’s going to make you feel on the inside (Amazing).Eating healthier and staying away from foods that are processed and ingredients that you are unable to pronounce. Will definitely create an impact on your vibrations.When you choose real food such as organic produce, lean protein and adding the superfoods into your diet.This will have a huge effect on your energy and your vibrations. That will definitely go up! Try to stay away from anything that is processed, laced with pesticides and choose either fresh or frozen, stay away from canned.When your energy is raised up and your vibrations are more energetic, you are sending a positive message to your soulmate / twin flame. This will actually entice them to move forward, feeling positive and start healing with a spiritual awakening.Exercise and Fitness
When you’re releasing toxins out of your body with cardio or some type of vigorous exercise (sweating). You are letting go of anything that has accumulated in your body previously.
