Final round of finals for our 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainees.
Tomorrow, 2/22, these 11 incredible women graduate. 🤍

We began the weekend with Tiara guiding us through a sensual sacral flow.
Saturday morning Savannah opened us with an all-levels creative flow.
Then T’Maya led a transformational sequence moving us through the cycles of the butterfly.
Natalia closed our finals with an empowering solar plexus-inspired flow.

So much devotion.
So much courage.
So much embodied wisdom in this room.

Beyond proud.
Beyond grateful.
Beyond words. 🐍✨

We opened with a nourishing full body stretch from Katie & closed with a warm, cozy slow flow from Sarah.

So proud of these incredible humans for bravely stepping into the seat of the teacher, sharing their offerings, & leading from an authentic place.

Megan & Melissa curated beautiful, thoughtful classes filled with inclusive language, creative sequencing, & the courage to teach from their authentic voice.

Watching students step into the seat of the teacher for the first time is one of the greatest honors.
Not because of perfection.
Not because of performance.
But because of presence.

So proud of you both for showing up, trusting yourselves, & letting your lived experience lead.
This is what embodied teaching looks like.
