Final round of finals for our 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainees.
Tomorrow, 2/22, these 11 incredible women graduate. 🤍

We began the weekend with Tiara guiding us through a sensual sacral flow.
Saturday morning Savannah opened us with an all-levels creative flow.
Then T’Maya led a transformational sequence moving us through the cycles of the butterfly.
Natalia closed our finals with an empowering solar plexus-inspired flow.

So much devotion.
So much courage.
So much embodied wisdom in this room.

Beyond proud.
Beyond grateful.
Beyond words. 🐍✨
