🌟 Tips to Boost Your Mental Health 🌟

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Here are some simple ways to improve your well-being:

Practice Mindfulness & Meditation 🧘‍♂️
Take a few minutes each day to breathe deeply and stay present.

Stay Active and Go Outside!💪
Regular exercise and nature walks help reduce stress and boost mood.

Get Enough Sleep 😴
Aim for 7-9 hours each night to refresh your mind and body.

Limit Screen Time & Stressors 📱🚫
Reduce exposure to negative news or social media overload.

Seek Professional Help When Needed 🩺
Don’t hesitate to talk to a mental health professional if you're feeling overwhelmed.

Remember, taking small steps each day can lead to a healthier, happier mind. You deserve it! 🌈✨

Did you know that allergies can contribute to GERD and digestive issues?

Did you know that allergies can contribute to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other digestive issues? e, it can put extra pressure on your stomach.

Plus, histamine overload from allergies can stimulate gastric acid secretion, making symptoms even worse. Be mindful of these connections and explore ways to manage your allergies and improve your digestive health.

Anxiety? GERD? What if the sneezing and itchy eyes of allergy season were just the beginning? Emerging research connects common allergies to surprising symptoms like stomach upset, GERD, and even heightened anxiety, thanks to excess histamine.

If you are experiencing these symptoms, consider how daily choices might be affecting more than just your sinuses. Curiosity opens doors: start observing your symptoms today and see for yourself how awareness can empower your well-being.

What can you do to lower your histamine?

1. Support DAO Activity: DAO supplements (e.g., with meals) may be beneficial if histamine intolerance is suspected.

Example: chewable Vitamin C, Copper, and B6.

2. Focus on a low-histamine diet (avoid aged cheeses, wine, fermented foods).

3. Be Mindful of AntiHistamine choices, as many degrade DAO in the body.

4. Reduce Allergens and Histamine Triggers at Home. Example: Candles, scented soaps, and lotions.

Many times, these small tips can alleviate symptoms of Anxiety and GERD. To learn more or speak to one of our licensed providers visit us online at:
