Today our friends spent a beautiful afternoon visiting the Community Arts Center 🖼️✨

Everyone enjoyed touring the galleries, exploring vibrant works from local artists, and learning about different styles and creative techniques. From colorful paintings to unique sculptures, our group was all smiles taking in every detail.

The best part? Seeing everyone connect, ask questions, and share what pieces made them feel happy, curious, or inspired. Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to be out in the community, discovering new places and experiences together. ❤️

Community Food Drive: Supporting Our Individuals, Families, and Caregivers

In the middle of this government shutdown, our Therapeutic Relations family is choosing to be a lighthouse. We’re hosting a community food drive to help ensure that our individuals, their families, and their incredible caregivers have what they need during this uncertain time.

This drive isn’t just about groceries. It’s about nourishment in every sense. It’s about saying you’re not facing this moment alone. It’s about care that stretches further than the walls of our program and wraps around the people who make this community feel like a living, breathing village.

We welcome donations of pantry staples, fresh items, and anything that brings comfort to a table. And if you or your family are in need, we are here for you with open arms. No judgment. No barriers. Just support.

Together, we can lift one another, plate by plate and heart by heart. 🍞💛

If you’d like to contribute or pick up items, reach out to us. Let’s make sure everyone is held up during this time of need. We will be donating through November.

Today was a special day — our friends rolled up their sleeves to make their very first seven-layer salad! 🥬✨

For many, this was the first time they’ve ever made their own salad, and the excitement was contagious. Smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of pride filled the room as everyone layered their colorful creations. 💚

Moments like these remind us how joyful learning can be when shared with friends. 💛

🐴 A Wildly Fun Learning Adventure! 🐐

This week, our friends had an amazing visit to Wild Hooves Farm Animal & Rescue! 🌾 From feeding friendly goats to petting horses and learning how rescued animals are cared for, everyone had a day full of smiles, laughter, and love. 💛

We’re so grateful for the chance to learn about kindness, compassion, and the hard work that goes into helping animals find a safe and happy home. 🐮🐷🐇

Our friends had an amazing day Tuesday exploring the Lake Erie Nature & Science Center! From meeting some cool animal friends to learning about nature up close, everyone had a blast discovering new things and enjoying the beautiful lake views. 🌞🐢🦅

There were smiles, laughter, and lots of “wow” moments as we explored the wonders of nature together. 💙
