Mobility meets performance ⚽️💪

Our owners Jeff and Fady had an awesome time working with the Par Hills Boys Soccer team this week — running a full-body mobility workshop focused on helping the guys move better, recover faster, and stay healthy through the season.

Teaching the importance of proper movement, recovery, and injury prevention — because better mobility = better performance.

We will be hosting a Thanksgiving food drive this year for families in need in Morris County! All donations will go to Table of Hope. Hi my name is Jade. I graduated from Rutgers University this past May and plan on pursuing PT school in the upcoming future. I enjoy hanging out with friends, watching sports, and going on hikes. I’m excited to be apart of the team and working with everyone!

My name is Emmanuel Garcia and I am a passionate football (soccer) coach and performance analyst with experience across youth, high school, and club levels. I hold multiple certifications, including the MBP School of Coaches license, PFSA Performance Analysis, and Catapult GPS training. I also have worked with Cabras FC, Morris Catholic High School, and Morris Elite, combining tactical video analysis, data-driven insights, and coaching to help players and teams grow. I am currently pursuing my MSc in Football Analytics with UCAM Sports Data Campus while building FUTIQ, my own individual tactical analysis service for aspiring players. I am known as a hardworking, dedicated, and growth-oriented professional, I blend my love for the game with modern data and video tools to make an impact on players and teams.

Hey guys I’m Cristian Mayorga, I am studying Exercise Science at Kean University I’m on the Physical Therapy track. Ethan Wolff PT, DPT, TPI Level 1 & Medical Level 2 Certified

Hello! My name is Ethan, and I am a Physical Therapist at Physiopros Performance Rehab. I graduated from the University of Delaware in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and then received my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2021.

Experience
I began my career as Travel Physical Therapist, working in North Carolina, Maryland, and :
New Jersey. My time spent on contracts, at different locations and in a variety of settings, gave me skills to pull from to allow me to provide well-rounded care to a wide range of populations. I eventually settled down in New Jersey and gained experience working for ~3 years in an outpatient orthopedic facility.
During this time, I became certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), which gave me the tools to treat golfers of all levels. Utilizing a physical screen and golf swing analysis, I can build a body-swing connection to help prevent or assist in rehabilitating injuries and/ or pain limiting your ability to play when you want and how you want.

Passions
I love what I do. Helping to guide someone through the therapeutic process, navigating the highs and lows of rehabilitation, and eventually achieving their desired goals, is what makes coming into work every day so rewarding.
When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, hiking, working out, playing golf, and spending time with my wife and our pup.
