🚨 BFR Training: The Game-Changer at 3 Months Post-ACL Surgery 🚨

We’re hiring a full time Doctor of Physical Therapy. The following is what we’re offering:
- competitive base salary with revenue based quarterly bonuses as well
- Health, vision, and dental insurance
- IRA with 3% match
- 18 PTO days year one, which increases to 20 year two, and 25 year four
- $2,500 in continuing education reimbursement annually (in addition to license renewal and JAM exam fees)

Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- active NJ physical therapy license
- at least one year of experience working in the outpatient orthopedic setting
- Experience working with athletes
- Athletic background
- able to start work in 4-6 weeks

Relax… we’re not actually handing a 79 lb kettlebell to a geriatric patient 😅

But this is the message.
We would never push someone beyond their true capabilities. Safety always comes first.
What we will do is challenge you when your body starts adapting.

Progress should feel a little uncomfortable.
Not painful. Not reckless. Just enough to keep you leveling up.

As your low back pain improves, your tolerance improves.
As your tolerance improves, your training should improve.
Your PT should grow with you.

Feeling better isn’t the finish line…
it’s the green light to get stronger, more capable, and more resilient.
