Some preservatives were not associated with cancer incidence. Those that were, include potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate and acetic acid.

The study found higher intake of several preservatives, which are often used to extend a product's shelf-life, were linked to higher risk of cancers.

I spent a lovely afternoon with a visit from Dr. Victor Jack Youcha who was up in NJ from Mexico. We shared stories (mostly of his colorful life), motion palpation, chiropractic adjusting & fascial release techniques, and talked about our experiences with healing. Very impressed with his demonstration of the technique of Medaistinal release. Thank you Victor.
