Sound Healing is an ancient tool used for relaxation, calming the nervous system, and healing for the mind, body, and spirit. It’s an amazing tool that is still used to this day. Tones, frequencies, science but also spirituality. The tones of each bowl, the healing vibrations of the gong, a powerhouse for clearing out negative energy, and trapped trauma, and emotions. We all have a stress, maybe you deal with anxiety, or depression, ptsd, or just physical pain. Sound healing is more then just listening to pretty sounds, it literally working on a cellular level to help bring healing to the entire being. Where there is Dis-ease within the body, or the body has fallen “out of tune”,the variation of frequencies will bring harmony, healing, and balance.
