We are EXCITED to add a Treatment Plan Coordinator to our team! If you have a passion for patient care and a drive to advocate for patients, we want to hear from you! Job duties below --

--The Treatment Plan Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to facilitate the patient’s recommended treatment, create a plan of action including appointment dates and payment plans and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment date.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties will include:
-Knowledge of dental insurance
-Knowledge of the clinical aspect of dentistry.
-Answer any questions the patient may have regarding the diagnosed treatment by the doctor and appropriately scheduling the treatment.
-Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates for all patients with diagnosed treatment and ensure the patient's next appointment is scheduled before their departure.
-Assist patients with financial arrangements, including payment plan options, Care Credit, and any discount if applicable. .
-Effectively communicating with the patient as well as the clinical and administrative team.
-Answer and return patient calls should the patient have questions regarding their treatment plan or financial plan.
-Use our patient analytics system to reach out to patients regarding their unscheduled treatment, prepare and communicate treatment and financial plans, and schedule appointments at appropriate times.
-Adhere to HIPPA laws and guidelines regarding the patient records.
-Follow and demonstrate commitment to Complete Dental Care’s Core Values and Vision.
