Since we were originally founded as LivHOME more than 20 years ago, our team of Care Managers and Caregivers has been providing quality caregiving and care management services to individuals and their families. We improve seniors' quality of life by enabling them to comfortably age in place with the security and support of a qualified and professional interdisciplinary care team. We serve communities throughout the San Gabriel Valley as well as other major areas of Los Angeles County, including the San Fernando Valley, Central Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, and the South Bay.
