Motherhood changes your body, your relationship, and intimacy — yet this part of postpartum is rarely talked about. 🤍🤰👩🏻‍🍼

That’s why we created something different for our community.

Join us for a gentle Walk & Talk around the park — a supportive space to move, connect, and have real conversations about life after baby.

We are collaborating with Mental Health Therapist, mom of two, and specialist in couples & s*x therapy, to support moms through honest conversations about emotional connection, relationships, and intimacy after baby.

Together we will:
❤️Walk and connect in a supportive community
❤️Open space for real conversation around postpartum changes
❤️Support emotional and relational healing
❤️Practice gentle pelvic floor & core connection exercises

This is an ongoing collaboration — not just one session 🤍

No RSVP needed. Just come as you are. 🤍

Today I’m sharing as a human. As a mom. As a woman. As an immigrant who left her country in search of safety and freedom.

Watching what’s happening in Iran while also witnessing fear and uncertainty in my own community here has left me feeling heavier than I ever expected. I left my home to build a new one — and right now it feels like both of my homes are hurting. 💔

What’s coming out of Iran is heartbreaking. So many lives lost. So many voices silenced. Families grieving while the world struggles to truly hear them.

At the same time, here at home, I see families living with fear — worried about separation, safety, and what tomorrow may bring. Parents trying to protect their children. Children feeling stress they should never have to carry. It hurts to watch people who came here for safety now feel uncertain in the place they call home.

Three weeks ago, I was not this person. I don’t know if I will ever be that person again.

The weight of all of this feels heavy — as a mom, as a woman, as someone who knows what it’s like to leave everything behind to build a life. When both of your homes are hurting, your heart carries it differently.

I don’t have the right words to wrap this up neatly. I just wanted to say this out loud, because holding it alone feels too heavy. 🤍

Birth prep isn’t new to us — we’ve been supporting pregnant bodies for years through private birth prep sessions.

What is new is this.

Over time, our community asked for a space that combined pelvic floor–informed birth preparation with connection — a place where moms could learn, move, and also meet others walking the same season.

So we listened, and we delivered.🥰

This monthly Saturday morning childbirth class blends what we’ve always done in 1:1 sessions — pelvic floor prep, movement, breath, and practical labor strategies — with comprehensive birth education and partner support, all in a small, semi-private group (4–5 couples).

✨ What you’ll learn:
🤰How labor works and what’s happening in your body
🤰Supportive labor positions + pelvic floor–informed movement
🤰Pain-coping & calming tools (with partner support)
🤰How to move, rest, and push with confidence
🤰Strategies that may help reduce the risk of tearing

👥 Semi-private | 4–5 couples
🗓 Once a month | Saturday mornings
📍 FeminoCentric PT

We still offer private birth prep, and now we’re excited to also offer this group space — to learn, prepare, and begin building your village 🤍

These are the wins we LOVE to celebrate 💃

Low estrogen can change vaginal and bladder tissues — making recurrent UTIs more common, especially in perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, and while breastfeeding.

For many women, low-dose vaginal estrogen can help:
✨ improve tissue health
✨ reduce recurrent UTIs
✨ decrease irritation + burning
✨ support bladder comfort

Combined with pelvic floor therapy, this can be even more powerful. Pelvic floor PT helps:
• improve bladder emptying
• reduce pelvic floor tension
• optimize bladder habits
• support healthy pressure management

Together, hormones + pelvic floor care can make a real difference in preventing recurrent UTIs and improving quality of life 🤍

Always talk with your medical provider about what’s right for you.

✨ We’re kicking off our Pelvic Floor Workshop series at — and we’re so excited to share that this will now be offered every other month in 2026 🤍

This workshop is for anyone who feels like their core still isn’t quite the same after pregnancy or birth — whether that looks like weakness, disconnection, leaking, pressure, or simply feeling “off.”

Our goal is simple:
✔️ Normalize postpartum recovery
✔️ Educate without fear or shame
✔️ Create a supportive space for moms to learn, move, and reconnect with their bodies

We’re so grateful to partner with to continue bringing accessible, evidence-based pelvic health education to our community.

💫 This is just the beginning — we can’t wait to support you through every season.
