This patient came to us ready to replace her breast implants. After a detailed consultation, Dr. Wang performed a bilateral breast implant removal, a right-side open capsulectomy, and replaced both implants with Natrelle INSPIRA® gel implants. To provide additional support and improve symmetry, GalaGLEX mesh was placed on the right side, and autologous fat transfer was used to refine the shape along the inner breast. ✨
