We poured everything we had into building a place where the people who are supposed to help you, actually do.

This is the story of what we built, and what we refuse to become.

Our mission has not moved an inch since day one. It never will.

Silence is complicity. When coaches who know better stay quiet while other coaches hurt clients for a paycheck, they become part of the problem. We are not willing to be that. Not for a referral, not for a revenue number, not for keeping the peace with the wrong people. If we see it, we name it. That is what this post is.

A small update to our gym floor policy to help keep our space the best it can be for everyone. Swipe through for the details.

We have grown so much since we opened, and that is entirely because of this community. With that growth comes a responsibility to make sure every single member, whether you have been with us from day one or just walked through our doors, has a clean, safe, and functional space to train in.

Starting March 1, we are asking all members to bring a dedicated pair of clean workout shoes. Soiled work shoes/boots are not allowed on the gym floor. A simple rule of thumb: if you wouldn’t wear it in your home, please don’t wear it on our floor.

Lockers are for your essentials during your session only. Please clear them out when you leave so the next member has a safe spot for their belongings.

And for our lifters who are tired of hauling gear back and forth, we have you covered. Ask a coach about reserving a spot in the coaches’ supply closet for your belts and equipment.

These are small asks that make a big difference. Thank you for being part of what we are building here at NEO Performance Lab.

HUGE shoutout to my clients Nat and Jerome for taking the top spot in our male and female category.

Lisa just hit a lifetime bench PR of 160 💪🔥 We train hard here and you don’t have to be a powerlifter to lift heavy.

Resistance training is for everyone. This strength came from consistency and showing up even when it was hard.

TOMORROW IS THE OFFICIAL START OF THE CHALLENGE TO WIN THE MINI TREADMILL. 🏃‍♀️🔥

There will be 3 weekly challenges and you must complete them every day to stay in the running. Week 1 was submitting your goals.

Week 2 Challenge:
Walk 30 minutes every day. Take a picture during or after your walk and tag us in your story. That will count as your submission. 🚶‍♀️📸

Remember, part of this challenge is staying compliant with your meal plan or macros.
Log your meals.
Mark your macros in the training app.
80 percent compliance minimum. 📲🍽️

Open Access is for members who are prescribed more training than their scheduled coached sessions. You might need a 3rd or even a 4th lift to stay on track. We want you getting that work done in the same environment your program is designed for so progress never slows down.

We are a coaching service first. Not a DIY gym. Every session here has intention behind it. Open Access simply supports your plan on the days we are not coaching you in person.

Life gets busy. Schedules change. Not everyone can add another coached session every week. Open Access gives you a more cost friendly way to stay consistent when things stack up. It is not equal to a coached session and it is not a replacement for coaching. It just keeps your momentum rolling.

Rules are in the post.

Getting started is easy. It begins with a goal review. If you have not had one recently, talk to your coach. During that review they will determine if adding another lift will move you closer to your goals. If it is a good fit, you will receive your access code or app login. Then you show up and complete the exact session written for you.

Cost is $75 per month. Enrollment is capped at 20 people. Waitlist will be implemented once filled, and we will add people in only when someone cancels.

Open Access is not a gym membership. It is an extension of your coaching. If you want more progress and less waiting around, comment ACCESS below or message us and we will walk you through your goal review to make sure it is the right fit.
