Deepen your teaching path and expand your understanding of yoga’s profound healing potential. Join our comprehensive 3-Module Teacher Training program, blending ancient yogic wisdom with modern trauma-informed practices.
This unique training is designed to empower teachers to guide students beyond physical postures, utilizing movement, sound, and subtle body awareness to facilitate profound physical, mental, and energetic healing.

Training Format: Virtual & In-Person Options
We are offering flexible attendance options to suit your needs:
• Virtually: Join live sessions via a dedicated online platform.
• In-Person: Attend sessions at our physical studio location in Pasadena, CA.

🗓️ Important Dates & Schedule Overview
The training begins on January 31, 2026.
Module 1 Schedule: Energetics of Yoga & Subtle Anatomy (Koshas in Motion)
• Dates: January 31, 2026 – April 25, 2026
• Frequency: Every other Saturday (Specific dates to be provided upon registration)
Module 2 Schedule: Vibrational Healing, Sound, & Somatics
• Dates: May 2026 – August 2026
• (Meeting schedule will vary; not every Saturday. Full calendar available at sign-up.)
Module 3 Schedule: Applied Integration & Sequence Crafting
