**Micah Sheiner** is a vibrational artist/healer. He explores and teaches sound through bowls, gongs, voice, didgeridoo, strings, and percussion instruments. He weaves these into resonant soundscapes for healing, meditation, yoga, and journeying. He is currently studying Traditional Tibetan Medicine - gradually integrating external therapies, mantra, herbs, and spiritual healing into his sound healing practice.

✨Sat Nam and Welcome to KUNDALINI YOGA BEGINNERS SERIES - 6-Week Introduction (once/week on Wednesdays) to Kundalini Yoga with Dr. Santokh Singh Khalsa, D.C. and Suraj Kaur Khalsa. We look forward to sharing the technology of Kundalini Yoga with you!

🧘‍♂️Kundalini Yoga is a rejuvenating and relaxing combination of breath and movement, from which anyone may benefit, even those who are stiff or out of shape. Using breath and simple exercises, you will learn to release stress and tension while increasing energy. The course covers Yoga practice, basic meditation, philosophy, diet, and lifestyle. The following topics will also be covered: healing, relaxation, stress reduction, breathing techniques, chakras and mantras. Each 2 hour class will include a lecture/discussion as well as a different yoga set each week.

🌿The practice of Kundalini Yoga brings you to good health and wholeness, and living in the flow as your authentic self.
🧘‍♀️Live, IN-STUDIO classes beginning Wednesday, April 8th, from 7pm - 9pm until May 13th. The series will meet for a total of 6-weeks on Wednesdays. This course is offered IN-STUDIO ONLY.

What to expect:
A guided Spring Equinox gathering with meditation, sound, and cacao infused with Blue Lotus and Rose, offering space for reflection, ritual,
Love, Dream, Root invites participants to listen deeply and root your intentions for the season ahead. Gathering just after the Spring Equinox, we meet at a threshold moment when light returns and new growth begins to stir beneath the surface.

This experience invites you to slow down and reconnect with your inner wisdom through guided meditation, sound, and the gentle support of plant allies. Together, we create space to reflect on what is ready to be nourished, released, and consciously tended as we step into spring.

The evening includes a guided meditation, a sound bath, and a heart-centered experience with Grandmother Cacao infused with Blue Lotus and Rose. Reflection prompts will be offered to support visioning, integration, and seasonal alignment. We will also share a candle-based ritual honoring the element of fire in a way that is safe for an indoor space.

There is deep medicine in gathering in community and being witnessed in our becoming. This is a space to arrive as you are, to listen, and to remember what matters most.
