Customer Feedback: "I spent a considerable amount of time at GEM and was able to observe and develop an opinion of the people that worked there. From reception, admissions, social services, therapy and all the nursing staff and aides who are on the front line, I witnessed not only professionalism, but kindness and love to those who they were serving.
