Sterling Speech and Voice is now offering Manual Therapy, aka laryngeal massage!

I am so excited to announce that Sterling Speech and Voice is now offering manual therapy. Manual therapy techniques, also known as laryngeal massage, target the areas of the body that can contribute to difficulties in singing and speaking. These therapies can reduce muscle tension and help facilitate flexibility in the muscular structures used during singing or speaking. This kind of therapy is extremely beneficial for singers and voice users of all kinds.

I received training in manual therapy techniques from Walt Fritz in his manual therapy training techniques courses. Walt pioneered these specific therapy techniques for targeting issues related to voice and swallowing disorders. I was lucky enough to take his course, as well as perform as a teacher's assistant for a training course this past year. I am proud to be currently listed as a practitioner of manual therapy on the manual therapy seminars website.
