Pioneertown Half Marathon and 10k this Saturday! Team VFE will be fully loaded & ready to support all those attending! Sports massage, recovery, any supportive taping needed, and much needed stretching and bodywork. We understand the time you spend putting in that training towards race day. See you all there.

You heard the man! Thank you Ezra for remaining everyone to schedule those post LA Marathon bodywork sessions! No, you don’t have to be injured or have a current injury, but you’ll be avoiding some lingering physical issues you’re not aware of post Marathon race. You don’t believe us? Wait a week and see. 🤷🏻 or be on top of a healthy routine, and let us support, guide and educate you on a better path to physical recovery & preparing for your next cycle of training for your next race.
