Facelifts aren’t just for women in their 60s.

This beautiful 45-year-old patient has always been proactive about her appearance. She started noticing early, genetically driven signs of aging: mild jowls, early heaviness in the neck, and shifting facial balance. After a brow lift performed elsewhere, she came to me wanting to address the lower face and neck so everything felt harmonious again.

She underwent a deep plane facelift, deep necklift, fat transfer to the face, lower eyelid lift, and even fat transfer to the backs of her hands to soften the early signs of aging.

Now at her 7-month postoperative mark, her jawline and neckline are beautifully defined, her facial shape is restored to a more youthful, heart-like contour, and her overall look is refreshed yet entirely natural.

Because she chose to treat these early changes at a younger age, she’ll maintain a youthful appearance for many years and delay future aging well past middle age.

Considering rhinoplasty? šŸ‘ƒ

The nose sits at the center of your face, so even small refinements can create meaningful changes both in the mirror and in your confidence. Whether your goal is a smoother profile, a more refined tip, or improved breathing, rhinoplasty can bring harmony back to your features while preserving what makes you you.

As a board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, my focus is always on natural, balanced results that complement your facial anatomy. A well-performed rhinoplasty should enhance, not overpower, your appearance.

Sometimes the most meaningful changes aren’t just about how we look but how we move, breathe, and live.

This 18-year-old athletic young man came to see me after a history of nasal trauma from sports. The broken nose had left him with a sizable dorsal hump, a drooping tip, and a deviated septum that made breathing difficult. As a competitive soccer player, every breath matters, and the combination of appearance and function was impacting both confidence and performance.

Using a closed rhinoplasty technique with a dorsal preservation approach, I was able to reduce the hump, lift and refine the tip, and correct the septal deviation all without external incisions. Now, just 8 months after surgery, he looks like the best version of himself. His profile is balanced, his tip is defined, and most importantly, his nasal airflow is significantly improved so he can stay strong on the pitch.

If you’ve been thinking about making a change, functional, aesthetic, or both, I’d be honored to help you explore your options. You can schedule a consultation through the link below

One of my former patients, now headed to Harvard, sent me this incredible gift. It’s gestures like these that remind me why I love what I do.

This 22-year-old came to me hoping her nose would better reflect her features.

Her main concerns were a long-appearing nose, long slit-like nostrils, a bulbous tip, and a slightly high bridge. Using a closed rhinoplasty technique, I was able to refine her tip, adjust the bridge, and correct the features that had felt distracting to her.

To address her excessive nostril flare, I performed an alar wedge resection, a tiny wedge removed from the lateral nostril base that hides beautifully in the nose-cheek junction. This is her only visible external scar.

Now, 6 years after her surgery, she looks even more stunning, with a natural, balanced, and harmonious nose that suits her features perfectly.

This 16-year-old patient had been waiting until the appropriate age to move forward with rhinoplasty.

She felt her nose looked too skinny and long, and was hoping to soften that overall appearance. She also reported occasional breathing difficulties during aggressive physical activities, so both form and function were important in her treatment plan.

She underwent a closed rhinoplasty using a dorsal preservation technique to lower and smooth out the dorsal hump, along with tip refinement, rotation, and deprojection.

At only 6 weeks post-op, she’s absolutely in love with her results. Over the next year, she can expect continued tip refinement as the swelling gradually settles but she’s already ā€œover the hump,ā€ as we say, when it comes to early healing.
