Thinking about a rhinoplasty? 👃

It’s not just about changing how your nose looks; it’s about restoring balance and harmony to your entire face. For some, rhinoplasty refines a feature they’ve always wanted to change. For others, it improves breathing, symmetry, and self-confidence.

As a board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, I approach rhinoplasty with precision and artistry, focusing on structure, proportion, and natural movement. Because when it comes to your face, subtlety makes all the difference.

Our eyes often reveal more than we realize. Signs of fatigue, aging, or stress can appear as droopy eyelids or puffiness.

This patient chose blepharoplasty to address excess skin and under-eye bags that made her look tired, even when she felt energized inside. By carefully removing and repositioning tissue, we refreshed her eyelids to create a natural, youthful appearance without changing her unique expression.

The transformation highlights how subtle surgical refinements can make a meaningful difference, not just in how you look, but in how you feel.

If you’ve been considering eyelid surgery or want to learn more about the process, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Book a consultation at the link below.

I've dedicated my career to helping people who’ve been told there are no more options.

In About Face, you'll meet patients with some of the most complex and devastating facial conditions, and you’ll see what it really takes to help them reclaim their lives.

As I said during filming: “From the moment you make the incision, everything is difficult.” But that’s exactly why we do it.

I’m proud to stand beside Dr. Roostaeian and Dr. Rovelo in this work and honored to share these stories with you.

Watch the premiere of About Face on TLC Wednesday, October 29 at 10pm ET/PT.

This young woman is a 16-year-old athlete who suffered nasal trauma earlier in life. As a result, she developed what we call a saddle nose deformity, where the middle part of the nose partially collapses.

It wasn’t just cosmetic. Her ability to breathe was compromised, and that was beginning to affect her athletic performance.

Through a closed rhinoplasty, I was able to restore structure and function. I corrected the saddle deformity, refined and rotated her tip, and smoothed out the dorsal hump for a more balanced and natural result.

She’s now 21 months post-op, breathing better, performing better, and feeling more like herself.

These are the moments that make this work so rewarding. Click the link below to book your consultation.

This 43-year-old patient wanted to address early signs of aging, particularly heaviness in the lower face that made her look tired.

I performed a deep plane facelift and neck lift, combined with fat transfer, to reverse volume loss and soften the overall facial shape. The results are subtle, elegant, and natural, exactly what modern facelifts should achieve.

At 6 months post-op, she looks refreshed, not “done” and the scars? Practically invisible.
