This 74-year-old patient came to me unhappy with the signs of aging on her face, particularly redundant neck folds, and with ongoing facial twitching following incomplete recovery from Bell’s palsy, a condition called synkinesis.

To address both concerns, I performed my signature deep plane facelift, neck lift, and upper lip lift, combined with selective neurolysis, a precise facial nerve procedure that interrupts the nerve branches causing unwanted spasticity and twitching. By combining these techniques, we can improve both static and dynamic facial symmetry while providing relief from synkinesis.

At just 4 months post-op, she’s thrilled with her results, her neck and lower face look rejuvenated, her facial movements are smoother, and the overall effect is natural and balanced.

If you’re struggling with aging changes or facial asymmetry from conditions like synkinesis, we can discuss how a tailored approach can help. Schedule a consultation via the link below.

“I just wanted to say thank you again for your assistance and setting up my surgical procedure.. Over the past 3 years I was suffering from extreme pain in the fingertips. Especially in the right ring finger. 2 days After the surgery, while waiting to board my plane at the airport, I noticed the pain in the fingertips was completely gone. I'm guessing one of the fibromas that Dr panossian removed was compressed on a nerve somewhere along my arm or neck. I'm guessing once the fibroma was removed. It relieved the pressure off the nerve. I saw two neurologists, a pain management doctor, two hand specialists, had multiple MRIs done along with other tests and everything came back negative. No one could figure out the problem. One visit with Dr. Panossian and the pain is gone. I have an appointment with him in 2 weeks but please tell him thank you in advance. This is absolutely spectacular! I have my freedom back with my hand!” - Patient Testimonial

I see many patients with neurofibromatosis, a genetic condition that can cause changes in the skin and nerves, and one of the features I often notice is freckling.

While these freckles can be a sign of the condition, they are nothing to worry about on their own, they are just like any other freckles.

On , I encourage anyone living with neurofibromatosis to take pride in your freckles, they are part of your story and a unique feature to celebrate!

This year’s Armenia mission with Mending Kids took me on a journey I’ll never forget. 🇦🇲

I had the honor of helping eight remarkable children. Each one arrived with challenges that affected their daily lives, and each left with brighter eyes, smiles, and hope for the future.

Being part of a mission like this reminds me that our work goes beyond medicine; it’s about restoring possibility, confidence, and joy for children who need it most.

I am deeply thankful to the families, the local team, and everyone who made this trip possible. These children showed incredible courage, and I’m proud to have been a part of their journey.
