Happy Samhain/Halloween! The veil is so thin and welcoming to the other side…these are perfect days for Reiki sessions and gatherings. So often, “energies” come thru from beyond the veil during my sessions, most especially during certain seasonal, energetic times.

We are existing in a world of such massive unhealed trauma. Unhealed trauma becomes abuse, evil, cruelty, lashing out, defensiveness, avoidance, bullying, decimation of others…
Trauma is real. Trauma becomes the story and the root of our existence. Is it where you want to exist tho? Is that story still the one? Find the courage to see, acknowledge and begin to heal your own soul and let that then inspire others. All this pain is doing nothing but causing more.
