Ailyn has a genuine passion for patient care and always maintains a positive attitude. She enjoys her role as a Medical Assistant at Taylor Plastic Surgery Center where she warmly greets patients, handles check ins, and goes above and beyond to ensure patients comfort in our office. Ailyn has a background in several different healthcare settings from Physical Therapy to now Plastic Surgery. She is enjoying her current role more than she could have imagined. Her passion for medicine will eventually lead her to pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Plastic Surgery. It is evident that Ailyn is not only dedicated and hardworking, but also highly motivated to provide quality care experiences to every patient that walks through our door. She is fluent in Spanish which allows her to assist Dr. Taylor with all of our Spanish speaking patients. Her work ethic and ability to adapt to high stress situations are what make her a remarkable part of our team. With her exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing circumstances, she is able to handle anything thrown her way. Ailyn will always ensure a comforting and welcoming environment for everyone she encounters.
