·      Comprehensive hormone panel- Estradiol, Estriol, Estrone, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHT

·      Lipid panel- you need heathy cholesterol to make hormones

·      Fasting insulin and glucose- elevated levels can worsen PMS

·      HbA1C- average of 3 months of your blood sugar levels

·      Thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Anti-TPO, Anti-TG)

– Full thyroid panel is important because thyroid dysfunction can trigger weight gain, fatigue, insomnia)
