I’ve been working on becoming more & more patient. It’s been something I practice & have gotten better & better with. Today I became patient at a new level and had an aha moment that part of me wishes had come a lot sooner and I’m grateful for having now. Part of me knows that 14 years isn’t that long & has come too soon. I hope that I’ll have them for at least 25. I know that 14 years isn’t very long because 25 could never be enough.

Happy Birthday Coconut & Kiwi. You have been in these adorable bodies with me, sniffing & snooping , pi***ng & pooping & popping off at passers bye, for 14 years now!

I love my precious babies with all of my heart & soul.

The Quiet Triumphs

Be proud of the steps you took that no one ever saw,
the ones made in silence,
without recognition or reassurance.
Be proud of the nights you lay awake,
talking yourself out of giving up,
of the mornings you rose
when it would have been easier to curl up and disappear
beneath the weight of your own exhaustion.

No one saw you steady yourself
against the quiet ache,
or how you learned to carry it
with a fierce, fragile kind of grace.

Be proud of the small, unremarkable moments
that shaped you,
the promise you made to yourself to keep going,
the choice to forgive someone who never asked,
the courage to show up

Watching this makes me feel delighted. Based on my NDE there is something as it is exciting. I’ve never feared death, being here is my choice and I look forward this human experience being complete someday, another part of the great adventure. Death is certainly not an end, it’s simply an exit from here.

I can guide you to remembering your soul self, other incarnations, to rediscover a sense of connection and purpose and to learn from your souls treasure of adventures.

All You Need Is Love – Really!

From the Beatles to Jesus, we humans have spent the past 2,000 years hearing and resisting the message of love. Perhaps now that science is echoing ancient wisdom in this regard, we might actually heed the message. Yes!?

Thanks to the current paradigm of scientific materialism, most of us believe (if not consciously, than unconsciously) that life is a dog-eat-dog rat race, a dire competition where only the most fit survive. However, science now tells us that this Darwinian view is distorted. In actuality, environments survive and evolve as systems. Whatever helps to balance that system thrives, while that which doesn’t fit, doesn’t survive. Thus, the real evolutionary principle is survival of the “fittingest.”

We are each and all cells in the body of an evolving giant super-organism we call humanity. Because humans have free will, we can choose to either rise to that new level of emergence or, in the manner of dinosaurs, fall by the wayside. Like it or not, our future depends on the choices we make as a species.




Love isn’t optional—it's our evolutionary imperative. ❤️
