It’s impossible not to feel the weight of what’s happening right now. We stand in solidarity with the people of Minnesota and our communities.
As people across the country pause in response to ongoing immigration enforcement and the harm it continues to cause, we want to acknowledge the impact of this moment. These realities don’t exist in isolation, and they show up in our bodies, our nervous systems, and our day-to-day lives.
We believe communal spaces matter, especially during times like this. Places to move, breathe, rest, process, and maintain your inner landscape. What feels most impactful for us to continue to provide that space.
We will remain open tomorrow. However, all classes will be free. Whether you come to practice, to sit quietly, or simply to be in a shared space rooted in care, you’re welcome here. Please note if you are a classpass student, you will need to sign up on the website.
We also want to acknowledge that small businesses still need our care and support. We will always encourage supporting your local businesses and studios that are the backbone to our communities.
The grief is palpable…and so is our shared humanity and empathy. Keep showing up. Keep breathing, friends. 🫶🏼
Please stop by One Life Yoga for a free space to breathe, meditate and just be. Located at 533 S. Lake Ave. Pasadena. See you on the mat.
