If you’ve been carrying a lot, thinking a lot, or feeling weighed down, this is your invitation to pause. Take a moment to soften, and let yourself move from doing to simply sensing.
With gentle, guided movement and mindful sensory exploration, we’ll practice noticing what lies beneath the surface. We’ll listen to the quiet stories in our breath, the feelings held in our muscles, and the small signals that help us find steadiness and trust ourselves again.
There’s nothing you need to achieve here. There’s no performance, and no pressure to share more than you want. This is simply a space to notice, to feel, and to let your body guide you at its own pace.
