The flowers are blooming, the birds are singing, and the earth is gently inviting us to join her in this season of transformation.

We will gather in nature to listen, to feel, to witness, to honor what is shifting, and to be held in community as it unfolds.

We will share cacao, make seed bombs, and move gently, creating space to connect with ourselves, with one another, and the land.

This is a space to arrive as you are, to be seen, and to remember that you are not alone in your becoming.

May we soften into the rhythm of the earth.
May we trust the changes moving through.

If you’ve been carrying a lot, thinking a lot, or feeling weighed down, this is your invitation to pause. Take a moment to soften, and let yourself move from doing to simply sensing.

With gentle, guided movement and mindful sensory exploration, we’ll practice noticing what lies beneath the surface. We’ll listen to the quiet stories in our breath, the feelings held in our muscles, and the small signals that help us find steadiness and trust ourselves again.

There’s nothing you need to achieve here. There’s no performance, and no pressure to share more than you want. This is simply a space to notice, to feel, and to let your body guide you at its own pace.

Embodied Stories is an invitation to come home to your body.

If you’ve been moving through life from the neck up, feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or quietly longing for something softer, this space was created with you in mind.

Together, we’ll slow down and explore gentle movement and sensory awareness as a way of listening to the body’s stories. Stories that don’t need words. Stories that live in sensation, breath, and subtle motion. Stories that remind us how to ground, regulate, and feel held from the inside out.

This is not about fixing or performing. It’s about presence, curiosity, and allowing your body to guide the way.

WATERING THE ROOTS
- An Equinox Gathering -

Join Claudia Melo x and Madre Jaguar .jaguar as we circle by the creek on this sweet and intimate gathering of ritual, connection to nature and tending to the roots. Together we’ll honor the turning of the wheel and the changing seasons.

Our focus will be on gratitude, acknowledging and celebrating the harvest from the seeds that were planted in spring time, and the abundance and blessings life has gifted us since. We will spend time listening to the wisdom of the trees, the stone people and the waters and receiving their messages to share with one another.

To close our gathering, Claudia will guide us through the practice of making “atados” which are prayer bundles crafted in gratitude and placed around trees. Madre Jaguar will guide us through a ritual to acknowledge the ancestors of the land and a water blessing.

I am deeply grateful to be part of this gathering and to open the night with a mini sound bath and canto, offering breath and vibration to root us into the journey ahead. 🌙✨

Lighting the way into the night is Nalani Hernandez-Melo of , who will open our evening by grounding us with sound and breath 🌬️

Nalani, a first-generation Mexican artist and mujer medicina raised in the foothills of Pasadena, is a visual storyteller, photographer, director, and curator. Co-founder of Botánica Melo alongside her mother & curandera, Claudia Melo, she channels her creative practice and heritage into creating safe, healing spaces rooted in ancestral Mexica traditions.

Nalani makes space for magic, and will guide us gently into a night of deep listening where we allow song to change us under the moon.
